Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Korva Technologies' website, AI automation services, or mobile apps — including Ampora, DogMD, Ventora, Momentra, and future apps we release (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Korva Technologies provides:

  • Custom AI automation solutions for businesses
  • AI chatbots, assistants, and industry-specific tools
  • Workflow automation, data analytics, and integration services
  • Consumer mobile apps available on the Apple App Store (including Ampora, DogMD, Ventora, and Momentra)
  • Consulting and implementation services

User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our proprietary technology
  • Use AI systems to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Submit objectionable content within our apps or services (we operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive content, consistent with Apple App Store guidelines)

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

AI-Specific Terms

4.1 AI output and accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI systems may produce errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in critical applications
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
  • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information
  • Our AI systems may require ongoing training and refinement

4.2 Not professional advice

Information generated by our apps — including medical, veterinary, financial, legal, or other professional content — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult a licensed professional for decisions that materially affect your health, your pet's health, your finances, or legal matters.

4.3 Data usage and training

Custom AI systems built for your business use only your authorized data. We do not use your proprietary business data to train general-purpose AI models or share it with other clients without your explicit consent.

4.4 Ethical AI use

You agree to use AI systems ethically and responsibly, including compliance with applicable AI regulations, transparency in AI-generated content where required, and respect for intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

5.1 Our intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including software, code, designs, logos, app icons, and documentation — are owned by Korva Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Custom solutions

For custom AI solutions, intellectual property ownership is specified in your service agreement. Generally, you own the data and content you provide, while we retain rights to underlying technology and methodologies.

5.3 License grant

Subject to these Terms and your service agreement or app license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

App Store Terms and In-App Purchases

Our mobile apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading and using our apps, you also agree to Apple's standard EULA and App Store Terms of Service.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund and cancellation policies for App Store transactions are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Payment and Fees

Service fees, payment terms, and billing cycles for custom AI work are specified in your service agreement. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days
  • Pay applicable taxes and transaction fees

We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

Service Modifications and Termination

8.1 Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the Services.

8.2 Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its terms. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms or your service agreement
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Pose a security risk to our systems or other users

Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korva Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from AI errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free apps, our total liability shall not exceed fifty US dollars (USD $50).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korva Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and custom AI implementations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of where Korva Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

General Provisions

14.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Korva Technologies.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
